Plain terms for every batch you buy from Directive Labs

What you are buying

Every order is a batch of videos in one style at the batch size you pick at checkout We do not sell single videos

Payment is due in full before work begins Work starts once payment is made

Batches are one time purchases with no rollover and no monthly commitment

The reference video you choose at checkout locks in the scope and pricing for that batch

You shoot the footage on a camera in log and share the files with us and we handle everything after that We do not write scripts or handle filming

The turnaround shown on each style is the first cut turnaround per video

We may showcase the finished work in our portfolio unless you tell us otherwise in writing

These terms fall under the laws of India and the country where you are based
